What BriefAI is, and what it is not

The brief, hook, and script generator behind the campaign bundles that small businesses, creators, and DTC brands use to ship faster — and the scope statements that pin down exactly what the tool is built to do.

  1. Section 1 of 8

    The one-line pitch

Type a one-sentence product description; BriefAI returns a full campaign bundle — hooks, a script outline, a call-to-action, and an objection handler — in about 30 seconds. Regenerate as many times as you need; the brand description and the drafts stay scoped to your account.

  2. Section 2 of 8

    Who it is for

BriefAI is built for the small-business owner who doesn’t have an in-house copywriter, the solo creator who edits on a phone between shoots, and the DTC brand running ads in a niche they didn’t grow up in. The 150-character hook cap, the 30-second expectation, and the US billing constraint all come from the same starting assumption: the buyer is shipping this week, not next quarter.

If you run a 30-person marketing department with a brand book, a creative director, and a copy team, BriefAI is probably not the right fit — the value of one sentence turning into a full brief is highest when there is no one else to ask.

  3. Section 3 of 8

    What it does

The generator turns one product description into four deliverables that you would otherwise write separately: a short list of hooks, a scripted outline with the beats a short-form ad is supposed to hit, a call-to-action written for the platform you’re publishing on, and an objection handler for the one or two pushbacks a first-time buyer hits before they convert.

A regeneration is a fresh draft, not an edit on top of the previous one. The generator makes exactly one model call per regenerate; your last draft is not fed back into the prompt, and you can re-roll until something lands.

  4. Section 4 of 8

What it intentionally does not do

BriefAI does not schedule posts, publish to any social platform, upload your brand assets, scrape product pages, or send mail on your behalf. The scope statements in Terms §2 are the controlling answer; the short version is that the tool gives you a draft you can ship, not a shipping service that does the shipping for you.

BriefAI is also not a regulated-claim tool. The script is a draft, not legal, medical, financial, or FTC compliance advice. You run your claims; BriefAI writes the scaffolding around them.

  5. Section 5 of 8

Where it lives in the BriefAI stack

The generator runs on Polsia’s OpenAI proxy — BriefAI holds no direct model-provider key, so the supply chain can be audited at the proxy boundary. Authentication runs through the better-auth module. Billing runs through Stripe hosted checkout via the stripe-billing module — the card details never touch BriefAI’s servers; Stripe collects them on Stripe’s own hosted page. Every brief is stored scoped to where: { userId: user.id }, so no other session — including other BriefAI accounts — can read your drafts. The privacy page walks through each of these in plain language.

  6. Section 6 of 8

    What’s next

International roll-out is on the roadmap — the checkout currently sits behind a shippingCountries: [‘US’] constraint, which is the gate the FAQ explains. Once billing can serve a non-US card cleanly, the rest of the surface unlocks with it.

The next categories on the list are tighter platform-specific formats (TikTok Shop, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and a VA seat tier — the same one-sentence-in, brief-out shape, on more surfaces. If a feature here would change what you ship this week, the fastest way to surface it is the contact inbox below.

    Contact

The one inbox for product questions, scope questions, partnership ideas, or feature requests is hello@em.briefaihq.com — one email, no support ticket, no flow to click through. We reply within one business day. The same address is the entry point listed on the Terms and Privacy pages.

    Try it

The fastest way to see what the bundle looks like is to open the generator, type a one-sentence description of your product, and regenerate a few times. Two starting points:
