The single address for every BriefAI question, report, or request is hello@em.briefaihq.com. The same inbox is listed on the Terms and Privacy pages — one address, no separate support ticket flow, no portal to sign into. We reply within one business day.

  1. Section 1 of 4

    Product and scope questions

What BriefAI does, what it intentionally does not do, the 150-character hook cap, the no-scheduling / no-scraping / no-asset-upload scope statements — these are the questions Terms and Privacy already answer in detail. If a question goes beyond what those pages cover, the inbox is the next stop. The About page is the short-version summary.

  2. Section 2 of 4

    Billing, refunds, and cancellations

All payments run through Stripe hosted checkout; Stripe collects the card details on Stripe’s own page, and BriefAI never sees the card. Refund requests run through the same inbox — we forward to Stripe, and Stripe executes the refund against the original card. The Terms page walks through the 14-day refund window and the cancellation path in plain language.

  3. Section 3 of 4

    Privacy and data requests

Data deletion requests, account-deletion follow-ups, and under-13 account reports all land at the same address. The Privacy page walks through what is stored and what deletion actually does — every row scoped to your userId goes with the account when it closes, and the Stripe subscription is cancelled at the same time.

  4. Section 4 of 4

    Partnerships, press, and feature requests

Affiliate or partnership ideas, press inquiries, and product feedback all arrive at the same inbox. International availability — theshippingCountries: [‘US’] constraint that currently gates checkout — is the most common feature request, and it is on the roadmap. If a feature here would change what you ship this week, the inbox is the fastest way to surface it.
